KSP investigating fatal Muhlenberg Co. fire

Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal structure fire in Muhlenberg County.  According to a news release, KSP was requested by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department around 3 p.m. to investigation the fatal fire. Preliminary investigation determined that 72-year-old David E. Poole of Cleaton was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner.  The investigation continues. Former Fort Campbell soldier sentenced to life in prison for sexual abuse of a minor
