Oak Grove complicity to murder case continued to January

Complicity to murder suspect, Tyron Holt appeared in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday where his case was continued to January 3.

Holt is charged with complicity to murder in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Gailon Toler in May 2022. Along with Holt, Omega Plaisme is charged with complicity to murder in Toler’s death as well.

Being recently elected, Commonwealth’s Attorney Maureen Leamy says she is still reviewing all of the information relative to Holt’s case as well as Plasime’s since both cases are linked.

By Holt’s January 3 appearance, Leamy says she should know if they are ready to go to trial or not.
