A Hopkinsville woman is facing a second-degree burglary charge after she allegedly broke several windows and unlawfully entered a residence on East Ninth Street Sunday.
According to the Hopkinsville police report, 21-year-old Dejona Jones is accused of damaging windows and entering the home of her ex-boyfriend and taking items on two separate occasions. Jones allegedly told officers she had entered the home but didn’t take anything, but witnesses state they saw her leave with a black duffel bag.
Jones was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
