Oak Grove shooting co-defendant receives court arraignment

Omega Plaisme of Clarksville was arraigned in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday after being arrested in connection to the 2022 Oak Grove shooting death of 18-year-old Gailon Toler.

Plaisme was taken into county custody in July following his co-defendant, Tyron Holt and charged with complicity to murder.

Christian Woodall, Plaisme’s defense attorney requested to wait for the indictment reading and the announcement of a plea on Plaisme’s behalf when asked by Christian Circuit Judge Andrew Self.

Woodall says that he is still waiting to receive discovery regarding the case.

Plaisme will reappear in Circuit Court of September 27.
