Hopkinsville man arrested on sexual abuse charges

An arrest warrant for sexual abuse and other charges was served Thursday morning against a Hopkinsville man.

It alleges several years ago, 48-year old Kenneth Patrick Horst of Hopkinsville on multiple occasions forced sexual contact onto small children.

In August of this year, Horst allegedly committed an additional offense.

He’s charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under the age of 12, one count of first-degree sexual abuse, five counts of indecent exposure and five counts of promoting a minor in a sex performance.

He’s lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
