A second suspect has been arrested and charged in relation to a February fatal shooting in Clarksville.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, police have apprehended 18-year-old Zsayonna Price and charged her with criminal homicide—she was lodged in the Montgomery County Jail. She is accused, along with 18-year-old Darious Archibald of Clarksville, in the fatal shooting death of 20-year-old Decarlos Perkins, which occurred outside of his residence on Wynwood Drive in February of this year.
