The Hopkinsville YMCA will host its first-ever Community Day later this month and they’re getting ready for summer as hot weather is expected to arrive next week.
Amanda Crutchfield is the outreach and membership director and says it will be Saturday, May 21, with activities to be held for people of all ages.
She says the YMCA pool opens Memorial Day weekend and they are signing people up now for swim lessons this summer.
The YMCA is still hiring lifeguards and camp counselors for the summer if you are looking for a part-time job.
