Masking now optional on CCPS school buses

Effective immediately, Christian County Public School System students who ride the bus will no long be required to wear a mask.

The change in guidance is in accordance with a change in CDC guidance which no longer recommends universal indoor mask wearing in K-12 schools and early education settings in areas with a low or medium COVID-19 Community Level.

Any student who wishes to wear a mask in school or on a bus will be welcome to do so.

Masking was already optional in Christian County School buildings.
