Two displaced by Central Avenue fire, no injuries

An early morning fire at a Central Avenue home has displaced two residents.

Firefighters responded to the home at 1102 Central just after 4 a.m. and Hopkinsville Fire Department Battalion Chief Spencer Wood says the fire started in the basement and spread into the first floor.

There were no injuries reported with the blaze.
