An accident involving a pickup and a tractor-trailer Friday night at Pembroke Road and the Bypass injured a local man.
It happened just before 9 p.m. and the collision report from Hopkinsville Police says 30-year old Charles Ferguson was headed toward Pembroke and ran a red light, colliding in the intersection with a northbound pickup on the Bypass operated by 33-year old Cordero Moyer of Hopkinsville.
Moyer was treated on the scene by EMS and then taken by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Ferguson complained of shoulder pain, but did not require a trip to the hospital.
