A Greenville woman was injured in an accident Tuesday morning in Madisonville.
Investigation by Madisonville police determined 56-year old David Lear of Greenville was stopped facing southbound on North Main Street and a vehicle behind him operated by 29-year old Sadie Owens of Madisonville was slowing to a stop.
Owens was then rear-ended by a pickup driven by 73-year old Shirley Owens of Morganfield, pushing Owens into the rear of Lear’s car.
Lear’s passenger, 45-year old Melissa Lear of Greenville, was taken by EMS to Baptist Health Hospital for treatment of injuries.
No one else reported any injuries.
