A Hopkinsville man was arrested by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department Monday following a pursuit that ended in a crash on I-24.
According to a news release, deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Nekoreale Thomas around 11:30 a.m. for traffic violations. Thomas instead allegedly failed to stop and led deputies on a short pursuit that ended when he crashed near the 91-mile marker.
Thomas was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, speeding, driving on a suspended license and multiple traffic violations.
