A two-vehicle accident at South Virginia and East Second Street Monday morning injured one person.
The collision report from Hopkinsville police says 18-year-old Xander Fasolo of Ledbetter had been northbound in a pickup pulling a trailer when he proceeded to turn onto Second.
His trailer was struck by another northbound vehicle that had been traveling behind him, driven by 31-year-old Cassandra Diggs of Hopkinsville. Diggs reportedly told police her foot slipped off the brake, causing her to collide with the trailer.
Diggs complained of back pain and was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
