The Madisonville Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred on Nebo Road Monday.
According to a news release, a vehicle driven by 31-year old Damian Adams of Boonville was attempting to turn right into a drive way in the 2200 block of Nebo Road when it was struck in the rear by an automobile operated by 27-year old Brea Perez of Providence.
Perez was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. Adams was not injured.
