The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will begin milling and paving multiple roadways starting in Trigg County next week.
According to a news release, milling and asphalt paving work will be along sections of KY 124, KY 164, KY 276 and KY 1585 in Trigg County. Motorists should be prepared to encounter work zone lane restrictions on Cerulean Road starting at Horse Creek Bridge, Linton Road in the area of Beechy Creek Road, Hurricane Road near Woods Road and on Caledonia-Pee Dee Road starting at We Like It Lane down KY 272.
This group paving project is one of several across the region that was originally planned for 2020, but had to be delayed when road fund revenue took a downturn during COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Motorists should be alert for one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers. Some delays are possible during the movement and placement of equipment to facilitate the work.
