Man charged with attempted murder in Clarksville robbery

The Clarksville Police Department has charged a man with attempted murder in relation to an armed robbery that occurred in February.

According to a news release, Queonte’ Turner-Pinnix was in the Montgomery County Jail on unrelated charges and is now facing an attempted murder charge.  He is alleged to have shot a 40-year old male employee of a business on Dover Road during an armed robbery on February 22.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
