Flags at half-staff in Ky. for victims of Indianapolis mass shooting

Flags are at half-staff at state office buildings across Kentucky in honor of the victims killed in a mass shooting at a Fed Ex facility Thursday night in Indianapolis.

Governor Andy Beshear’s office says flags will remain lowered until sunset on Tuesday.

The governor encourages individuals, businesses and organizations throughout the commonwealth to join in this tribute.
