The Todd County Health Department did not receive an anticipated shipment of COVID-19 vaccine Wednesday to host a drive-thru event, but the good news is more doses are coming to Todd County.
Public Health Director Jen Harris says they anticipate receiving Moderna and the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine next week and Weathers Drugs on the Elkton Public Square will also be administering Johnson and Johnson doses.
You can log onto Weathers Drugs website at weathersdrugs.net to get on a waiting list to schedule an appointment.
Harris says they plan to have another drive-thru vaccination clinic for qualifying individuals on Wednesday of next week, with registration to begin at noon in the old Ardco parking lot on West Main Street in Elkton.
