U of L splits men’s/women’s twin bill Monday

David Johnson set career highs with 24 points and 10 rebounds with Samuell Williamson also had personal bests with 20 points and 18 rebounds to help Louisville beat Georgia Tech 74-58. The Cardinals improved to 11-4 overall/ 6-3 in the ACC and play Wednesday night at Syracuse.

In the women’s game, Top ranked Louisville was upset by fourth ranked NC State 74-60. Louisville falls to 16-1 on the season and plays at Boston College Thursday night.
