CCHD reports 14 new COVID-19 cases locally

The Christian County Health Department is reporting 14 new cases of COVID-19 locally from Monday to Tuesday.

According to an update, that puts the overall total at 1,473—of that, 208 cases are considered active, and 1,239 people have recovered from the virus.  Christian County has had 26 COVID-19 related deaths.

Broken down into age groups there are 38 active cases in the pediatric age group, 94 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, 57 in the older adult category and 19 in the elderly age group.
