Seven test positive for COVID-19 at Elkton nursing home

Seven residents of Hearthstone Place Long Term Care in Elkton tested positive for COVID-19 Friday.

All seven have other underlying health conditions, according to the Todd County Health Department.

Their contacts have been notified to quarantine for 14 days.

Todd County is up to 66 total cases, with 18 active and 48 recovered.
