Two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Christian Co.

The Christian County Health Department is reporting two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Friday’s update.

According to a news release, those two cases put the overall total of cases since the pandemic began at 152—34 are considered ‘active’ and 115 people have recovered.  Broken down into age groups, there are three active cases in the pediatric age group, 27 in the young adult to middle aged grouping, four the in the older adult category and zero in the elderly age group.

Christian County has seen three COVID-19 related deaths.
