The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was shot in his vehicle Saturday morning.
Deputies were notified of shots fired toward a vehicle on Highway 94 West near Rob Mason Road about 9:30 a.m. and found the victim with a gunshot wound.
He was transported by EMS to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for treatment of his injuries and deputies say the shooter had fled the scene prior to police arrival.
