Pennyrile Electric members served by the Cerulean substation will be in the dark for about a half hour Friday morning as part of a planned power outage.
Cooperative officials say the 1,366 members served by the substation in portions of Trigg, Christian and Caldwell counties can expect to lose power at about 10 a.m. to allow for emergency repairs on a switch.
Pennyrile apologizes for the inconvenience, but says it’s necessary to safely complete the job.
