For the first time in franchise history, the Nashville Predators will play outdoors today in the Winter Classic against the Dallas Stars. The game will be played in the Cotton Bowl Stadium, which hosted many Cotton Bowl games for years on New Year’s Day. It’s only the second meeting of the season between the teams. Dallas won the first meeting at Bridgestone Arena December 14th 4-1. First puck drops at 1 pm.
