A pair of Western Kentucky players were honored by Conference USA Monday for their play in last Saturday’s win at Arkansas.
Ty Storey-a graduate transfer from Arkansas-was named C-USA Offensive Player of the Week after going 22-32 passing for 213 yards and a touchdown. Storey also rushed 17 times for 77 yards and two scores.
Redshirt junior safety Devon Key returned his fifth career interception 25 yards for a pick six and had seven tackles in earning C-USA Defensive Player of the Week honors.
WKU is off this week but returns to action November 23 at Southern Miss.
