Todd County Clerk’s Office closed until further notice

The Todd County Clerk’s Office is closed until further notice.

The closure is required until Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield appoints a new clerk following the death of Clerk Leslie Cunningham.

The appointee will serve until a special election is held in November 2020 to fill out the remainder of Cunningham’s term, according to Todd County Attorney Jeff Traughber.

Todd County officials say the Christian, Logan and Muhlenberg County clerks’ offices have offered to do renewals and transfers until the office is back open.
