A line of severe thunderstorms pushed across western Kentucky Tuesday evening, causing a few issues.

Numerous power outages were reported across the region, including parts of downtown Hopkinsville.

A portion of a tree was blown onto the roof of a mobile home on Yoakum Circle, according to Christian County Emergency Management Director Randy Graham, who says no one was injured and that the damage was only to the exterior of the home.

A section of metal roof was blown off a warehouse on Gilbert Drive off of North Drive.

Trees were downed and traffic on the Pennyrile Parkway was brought to a halt near the 25 mile-marker by power lines that were brought down.

Todd County Emergency Management Director Daniel Smith reported a few trees down, but no structural damage or injuries.

Pennyrile Electric personnel had crews out in all of its counties restoring power during and after the storms.
