Austin Peay played an OVC doubleheader Friday afternoon with Morehead State, winning game one 9-1 and 7-6 walk off victory in 11 innings. The Governors are now 18-15 overall and 11-6 in the OVC. The teams play the series finale at 1 pm Saturday at Raymond C. Hand Park.
Western Kentucky fell at Marshall in Conference USA action Friday 8-2. The Hilltoppers are now 15-16-1 overall and 7-5-1 in conference play. The teams play a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 10am.
