Apparently things aren’t what was first reported about Zion Harmon going to play on weekends for Downey Christian, a private school located in Orlando, FL. The Courier Journal reported this afternoon the Marshall County sophomore, who was ruled ineligible to play by a federal court last Friday, will not play for Downey Christian so he doesn’t jeopardize his eligibility at Marshall County according to his father Mike Harmon.
Harmon was ruled ineligible to play for Marshall County by the KHSAA last August.
