Princeton man killed in WK Parkway accident

Rain was a factor in a single-vehicle accident Saturday morning on the Western Kentucky Parkway in Hopkins County that killed a Princeton man.

It happened about 9:30 a.m. near the 40 mile-marker, according to a news release from the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department, which says 58-year old Robert Frayer of Princeton hydroplaned and went off the right side of the road and overturned multiple times.

Robert Frayer was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner’s Office. His passenger, 59-year old Catherine Frayer of Princeton, was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital with injuries.
