Purdue’s Brohm meets with Louisville officials about coaching vacancy

Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm met with Louisville athletic director Vince Tyra yesterday to discuss the vacant head coaching job. Brohm has been mentioned as a front-runner ever since Bobby Petrino was fired earlier this month. He’s 13-and-12 over the past two seasons with Purdue.
Football Scoop.com reported Tuesday if Brohm did not accept the Cardinals job in the next day or so, they were moving on to other candidates who include former Kentucky assistant and current Troy head coach Neal Brown.
