Fugitive of the Week arrested in Owensboro

One of last week’s Crime Stoppers fugitives of the week was recently arrested in Owensboro.

Officers with the Owensboro Police Department arrested 39-year old Jamie Lynn Alvey and served him with warrants for probation violation and failure to appear in court.

Crime Stoppers continues to seek 28-year old Heather Pepper, who is wanted for probation violation.
