Hoppers GM Bruce & head coach Moss resign Thursday

The Hoptown Hoppers Board of Directors during its Thursday meeting accepted the resignations of general manager John Bruce and head coach Brock Moss.

Bruce announced his resignation after four seasons effective October 1st. In his resignation letter, Bruce stated he had planned for the 2018 season to be his last. He wishes to spend more time with his family and says he will miss the relationships he has developed in the last four years. The search for Bruce’s replacement will begin soon.

Head coach Brock Moss also announced his resignation, stating he has taken a job in the Valley League for the 2019 season. Moss was 26-22 in his lone season as Hoppers coach. The search for his replacement will also begin immediately.
