There’s a risk for severe weather Friday in the southern Pennyrile region.
The Storm Prediction Center has Christian, Todd and Trigg counties under a slight risk, with an area of enhanced risk just to our east.
Very large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats and a few tornadoes are not out of the question.
Storms will be most likely Friday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service in Paducah.
