The man who walked away from Better Senior Living in Cadiz Tuesday has been located deceased and the Trigg County Coroner’s Office is investigating.
Deputy Coroner Matthew Phillips issued a news release saying their office received word just after 8 a.m. Thursday that the body of 59-year old Terry “Tom” Hooper had been located.
As previously reported, Hooper walked away from the facility on Shelby Street at approximately 4 p.m. Tuesday and Cadiz Police had asked for the public’s help to locate him.
Phillips says Hooper’s body has been sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Madisonville for an autopsy that’s scheduled for Friday.
Cadiz Police is assisting in the investigation.
