Todd Co. Grand Jury indicts men for rape, sodomy

The Todd County Grand Jury met Friday and indicted two men on rape and sodomy charges.

Thirty-two year old Jonathan Prevatt of Guthrie is indicted for third-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.

The grand jury also indicted 31-year old Daniel Oliver of Hopkinsville for first-degree rape of a child under the age of 12 and two counts of sodomy against a child under the age of 12.

An indictment for second-degree assault was returned against Justin Johnson and an indictment for bail jumping against Frederick Thomas.
