A Fort Campbell soldier was arrested Thursday for an alleged sexual assault against a woman who was unable to give consent.
The warrant for first-degree rape alleges that on May 19th, 21-year old Christopher Tuten of Fort Campbell engaged in sexual intercourse with a female who was incapable of giving consent because she was physically helpless after consuming alcohol.
Oak Grove Police investigated the incident and lodged Tuten in the Christian County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
