The Robertson County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Department is investigating a stabbing incident from Sunday afternoon as attempted murder.
It happened on Long Road in Greenbrier and a news release says the victim underwent emergency surgery at a Nashville hospital and is in stable condition.
The suspect remains at large and is identified as 39-year old Jeffery Daniel Stewart of Nashville. He is sought on warrants for multiple charges, including attempted murder and burglary.
Stewart was last seen driving a pale green 2005 Ford with Tennessee tag V52-67L. He is considered dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone knowing his whereabouts should call Robertson County Central Dispatch at (615) 384- 4911.
