Cadiz-Trigg County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who is wanted for theft locally and for sexual assault in Illinois.
Police say Phoenix Winters is wanted by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department for felony theft. Winters, who also goes by Phoenix Enzo and Zachary Leaf, is a white male standing 5-11 and weighing approximately 180 lbs.
He has a previous address of Lakeshore Drive in the Rockcastle area and could still be in the Cadiz area. He is known to drive an orange, early 2000-model Ford Mustang that has black wheels.
Winters is sought in Illinois for a sexual assault charge and should be considered armed and dangerous.
