1 Fatality In Shooting At Marshall County High School

(Marshall County, KY)  —  The Governor of Kentucky says one person is dead and multiple others are wounded following a school shooting in Marshall County.  The shooting occurred at Marshall High School.  CBS News reports at least five students have reportedly been shot and the shooter has been apprehended. There is a heavy police presence at the school and ambulances have arrived. Marshall County is about 45 miles west of Hopkinsville.  Governor Matt Bevin calls the shooting “tragic” and asks the public to let first responders do their job.
