State government in Kentucky is again getting leaner by order of the governor.
Governor Matt Bevin yesterday ordered a 1.3-percent spending cut for most state agencies. The governor says Kentucky is looking at a $150 million shortfall next year, and he wants to get state spending in line with the money the state has to spend.
