Sanctuary, Inc. has an interim director as the search continues for a new Executive Director to fill the shoes of Marion Brown, who stepped down from the position on December 15.
Eston Glover, retired Pennyrile Electric President and CEO and Board Chair of the Southwestern Kentucky Economic Development Council, will fill the position and while he’s not sure how long the search will last, he knows that it has begun in earnest.
Glover says this has been a learning experience for him in many ways as he discovers the many different ways Sanctuary serves people in need in the Pennyrile region.
He says he’s honored to serve in this capacity and his plan is to keep things going steady until the new director is brought on.
Brown left to relocate with her husband, who was a pastor at First Christian Church, to Alabama. **
