Trenton intersection to become an all-way stop

The Main Street, Clarksville Street and Fourth Street intersection in Trenton is set to become an all-way stop. Currently, the traffic traveling on Main Street is not required to stop at the intersection. The traffic pattern change will be implemented at 9 a.m. on Friday. Portions of Main Street in Hopkinsville to close for a paving project

Two sections of North Main Street in Hopkinsville are set to be closed starting on Tuesday for milling and paving projects.  From 7:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, North Main Street will be blocked at the Glass Avenue and West 7th Street intersections for milling operations. Kentucky, Illinois officials negotiate continuing the Cave-in-Rock Ferry Service

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Ohio River Ferry Authority are currently negotiating to continue the Cave-in-Rock Ferry. On average the ferry takes 300 vehicles across the Ohio River from Crittenden County to Cave-in Rock, Illinois at no cost to the drivers.
