KCTCS has highest number of graduates, credentials awarded since 1997-98 term

During the 2024-25 academic year, Kentucky Community and Technical College System schools had its highest number of graduates and credentials awarded since the system’s establishment in the 1997-98 academic year. Across the 16 KCTCS community colleges, 24,263 students graduated and awarded 44,402 credentials during the 2024-25 term according to preliminary data. To raise money for student programs and scholarships, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is launching its annual Giving Day campaign on Wednesday. Funds from the 24-hour fundraiser go toward academic scholarships and student services such as food pantries and emergency aid. April is National Community College Month and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is celebrating and recognizing some of their recent achievements.
