Officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department are investigating the reported theft of a pickup truck, tractor trailer and construction equipment at a location along Cherokee Trace Boulevard.
The theft was reported on Tuesday and is said to have occurred between March 25 and March 26 according to a report from police. Approximately $14,300 worth of items were stolen including a pickup truck, lawn tractor trailer, hand and power tools and construction equipment.
Officers are investigating the incident as theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle and third-degree burglary.
