Fire damages mobile home in Todd County, two dogs killed

Fire caused severe damage to a mobile home near Fairview Sunday and two pets were killed.

Firefighters from Fairview and Elkton responded to the home on Amelia Lane about 11 a.m. and were able to quickly extinguish the blaze, according to Todd County Emergency Management Director Daniel Smith.

There was extensive smoke and fire damage to the residence and two dogs inside were killed.
