A pursuit that began on the Pennyrile Parkway Tuesday afternoon ended with a head-on collision on KY 115 in Oak Grove.
Kentucky State Trooper Hunter Carroll attempted to stop an adult female driver for speeding on the Pennyrile Parkway, but she allegedly kept driving, merging onto I-24. She passed other motorists on the shoulder and took Exit 89 onto KY 115, where she collided head-on with a truck in front of the Pilot truck stop.
Minor injuries were reported, but no one required an EMS trip to the hospital.
The driver was arrested on multiple charges, but her name was not immediately available.
