Missing Clarksville teen found safe

A teenager who was reported missing out of Clarksville Thursday has been found safe.

That’s according to the Clarksville Police Department, who say 18-year-old Ava Gordon was last seen at her residence on Helton Drive on Wednesday in Clarksville. The community immediately jumped into action on getting the word out, and by 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Gordon was located and determined to be safe.

No details were released as to the circumstances of where she was found, with officials thanking the public for their help in this matter.
