Elementary students show academic skill in competition, bringing home awards

Several local elementary school academic teams met in competition in Trigg County this past weekend, and students showed off their skills. Two districts competed—District 13 and District 14—which are made up of academic teams from local elementary schools. The 2nd Region Pennyrile Umpires Association is facing a shortage of umpires for the upcoming high school baseball season. A Princeton man has been charged in connection with multiple vehicle break-ins in Princeton following an investigation by police.
